I started my career in financial services at SRF FINANCE Ltd in Jan 1991 and Sanjeev Pandiya was my first boss. I learned my basic lessons of lending, and collection from him and it has been now 32 years in the BFSI space, and lessons learned from Sanjeev still hold good and have stood the test of time. Sanjeev is one of the most intelligent bosses I ever worked with and always thankful to God that he was my first boss. The skills that I acquired under his guidance kept me ticking in financial services for 32 years and it helped me survive 5 cycles in the financial sector namely South East Asia Crisis coupled with the NBFC bust, dot com cycle, sub-prime crisis, and COVID. I always believe that basics in lending don’t change and some minor adjustments are required to keep pace with changing times, technological changes, and the changed external environment. I rate Sanjeev Pandiya as one of the best bosses and mentors in my whole career. Thanks so much for all your guidance in my initial years which have kept me on a growth path in all the challenging times and environment

As a participant in the Dr Mentoring Program (DMP) four years ago, I can say with confidence that the program has been instrumental in shaping my approach towards managing operating cash flow and developing strategies for becoming a successful doctor entrepreneur.
